Duration
12-month fixed-term contract.




Remuneration
Stipend is aligned closely with the South African minimum wage guidelines.

What you’ll do
If your application is successful, you will be placed in one of the YES Youth roles across Nedbank CIB cluster within Johannesburg.



Job responsibilities will depend on the YES Youth role and cluster allocation. In general, the YES Youth roles focus on providing great service experience and promoting Nedbank as the bank of choice.

Your will be required to do the following:



Have a positive attitude in supporting and driving the Nedbank values of integrity, respect, accountability, and being people-centred and client-driven.
Help your team be effective by delivering on your duties.
Improve your abilities and staying up to date with developments in the area that you are assigned to through input and feedback from management and colleagues.
Ensure continuity and team success by participating, contributing, and sharing knowledge with your team.
Minimum requirements
You must be:



between 18 to 29 years old;
South African citizen by birth with a valid South African identity card or document.
Minimum qualification
You must have a matric (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate).
LLB, BA Law, BCOM (Finance, Accounting)
Bachelor of Commerce: Business Administration
Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting
Bachelor of Commerce: Financial Management
Bachelor of Commerce: Taxation
Bachelor of Commerce: Law
Bachelor of Commerce: Information System
Bachelor’s of Science: Data Analytics or Data Science
Bachelor’s of Science: Computer Science and Information Technology
Bachelor Finance, Accounting, HR, Learning, Engineering
Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Legal and International)
Bachelor of Commerce Investment/Risk Management.
Bachelor of Actuarial Science
Human Resources Degree
Technical and professional requirements
Reasonably proficient in speaking and writing in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
