ADMISSION GUIDELINES:
Admissions to the Livestock Assistant Diploma are usually opened once a year during the fall semester i.e. August/September. Applications for admission are invited by advertisement in the national press. Admission is made to applicants based on merit only.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have passed any Board of Intermediate and Secondary School Examination of Punjab with at least 45% marks in Science (excluding Hafiz Quran) or its equivalent in combination with the following subjects – minimum of ten years of Education should be:
Biology
Physics
Chemistry
The candidate should not be more than 22 years of age on the last date of submission of the application form.
Admission will be on merit only for candidates residing in any district of Punjab.

General Guidelines:
1-Prospectus can be downloaded from the University website www.uvas.edu.pk.
2-The application will be filled out online on the university website.
3-Candidates are advised to use their personal email/mobile number. All important updates related to admission will be sent to email/mobile numbers only.
4- Candidates should pay Rs. 600-/ as admission processing fee (one center only). Candidates applying to multiple centers will be charged Rs. 600/- per center.
5-Candidates can deposit the application fee through bank challan generated online at any branch of Bank Al Falah in Pakistan.
Candidates are asked to upload the CNIC/B.form, and educational documents in the specified space in the online admission form.
6-Only successful candidates are required to submit the admission printed copy / hard copy along with originally paid bank challah along with other supporting documents to the Convener Admission Committee, Director, ICE&E, UVAS, D-Block, Ravi Campus, and Pattoki. is As in all other UVAS campuses and affiliated institutions at the time of admission/registration.
7-Candidates are advised to fill out the online application form carefully after reading the instructions and select options separately for different campuses and affiliated institutions of UVAS, especially morning and evening programs. The choice given by the candidate in the application form will be final and cannot be changed later.
8-If candidates wish to apply to more than one center; They should submit separate application forms for each center. The resume of each center is displayed independently.
9-An applicant will not, under any circumstances, be considered for a center for which he has not applied. If no alternative option is selected then the admission committee itself will not allocate a center.
If a candidate has applied separately for morning and evening program domains, he/she will compete for these domains separately.
Candidates residing in any district of
Punjab can apply for this course.
10-Incomplete applications will not be accepted / considered.
11-Candidates will be selected purely on the basis of merit. The final merit list of admitted students will be displayed on the website www.uvas.edu.pk, and on the notice boards of ICE&E and all constitutive and recognized centers of UVAS, Lahore on the date mentioned in the advertisement of admission. Has been published in the press or website.
12-Candidates will not be personally informed about their selection, so they have to check their admission status from the list of selected candidates displayed on the notice board or webpage.
If a candidate fails to submit the dues to the University within the stipulated time after the publication of the admit lists, his/her admission will be automatically canceled without any prior intimation and the seat will be allotted to the waiting candidate on the next day. . Will be awarded on the basis of merit.
13-The final master list of all applicants along with their marks and preferences will be displayed on the UVAS website after the closing of admissions to ensure transparency and if there is any mistake. If there is any discrepancy in the master list, the applicant can apply through email (lad.admission@uvas.edu.pk) within 24 hours. After this, no claim will be entertained.
14-Candidates giving wrong information about their educational/personal etc. will be rejected.
Limited hostel facility is available so seats will be available as per the rules of the respective institutes.
15-In the event that the situation due to COVID-19 does not return to normal for academic activities on campus; The University will start the online classes for the students on the notified schedule to save the time and future of the students.
