Job Description
As our Global Capability Specialist, you’ll support the transfer of knowledge and standardize ways of working to continuously improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
The primary accountabilities will incorporate:
• Train and embed identified process improvements to the relevant service delivery teams to build consistent team capability.
• Onboarding of new team members into GSS PS processes and ways of working
• Embed best practice to enable service excellence
• Work with GSS PS Service Leads to identify skills gaps and make recommendations for individual development plan inclusions
• Drive and embed standardised global processes and technical skills to ensure consistent ways of working
• Ensure transfer of skill by identifying gaps in knowledge management practice
• Perform on-going reviews as part of the GSS PS CI Team to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio to identify knowledge gaps
• Design and plan programs to address identified gaps for GSS PS team members which may include obtaining, organizing and or developing training activities, course materials, standards, or visual training materials
• Build and develop individuals’ abilities and skills to ensure appropriate service delivery is maintained
• Demonstrate behavior in line with the Group’s values, standards, and a professional workplace.
Qualifications
• Matric / Grade 12 and Tertiary Education (Business/Commerce/HR)
Experience
• 5 years related experience
• Knowledge of systems relevant to the environment
• Change management Process Knowledge / Certified change management professional (CCMP) – beneficial.
• Technical Training
• Knowledge of adult based learning methodologies
