Sales Associate Learners will be expected to perform the following tasks: TFG Learnerships 2023-2024
Participate in all theoretical classroom learning activities.
Satisfy the criteria and earn the Retail Operations certificate.
Be an active and contributing member of the shop team, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: Customer service, sales, product management, and professional service are all areas of expertise.
Please make sure you meet ALL of the following minimum entrance requirements before submitting your application because if you don’t, your application will be rejected:
Must be a South African national.
Must have completed Matric and passed Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
Matric English must be passed.
You must be between the ages of 18 and 29.
You must be unemployed.
You must NOT be enrolled or registered to enroll in a tertiary institution.
You must NOT be registered for another SETA learnership.
Must be willing, capable, and dedicated to completing a 12-month learnership.
Must be available to work weekends, shifts, and flexible hours. Must be cheerful.
Must be enthusiastic about retail.
Must be customer-focused and enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
Must be dedicated and have a strong work ethic.
