The goal of the Sasol Learnership Programme is to provide a comprehensive learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with on-site work experience.
The programme focuses on foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, computer literacy, and fundamental business principles, and is designed for Grade 12 graduates.
During the course of this curriculum, you can anticipate the following:
Participate in a Learnership program aligned with the NQF.
Acquire on-site work experience to hone your abilities.
Provide administrative support to enhance the efficacy of the department.
Acquire fundamental professional abilities through theoretical instruction.
Component Theoretical: The theoretical portion of the program covers a variety of essential topics for your professional development:
Entrepreneurship • Business Operations • Customer Service • Accounting for Businesses • Mathematical Literacy • Communication Skills • Computer Skills
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
